Where do I even start?

Question

To be perfectly honest, I don't even know how to do the first task much less the other two.

These are the instructions: "This is a Call Center application. There is a group of Customer Support Representatives that assist Customers. When representatives become available they enter the queue. The acceptCustomer method gets called when a new customer phones in. I've left 3 things for you to do in the comments below."

Any advice would be much appreciated.
