Where can I find a free resource to get photos and vector images?

This girl is talking at the speed of light, with images that I don't have access to. It's really hard to follow along. I don't mind pausing the video, but when I have to search to go find stock nature imagery for a 4 minute video it turns into a hassle. That is of course unless treehouse is trying to improve my research skills as well.

Any help with resources would be greatly appreciated :)

Hey Henry!

There are so many places that you can get copyright free images without much hassle at all. Beware that on some of the sites below not all of the images are copyright free and that you may need to filter for images which can be used and modified commercially.

The first site is Flickr! On this site like I mentioned up above you will have to filter your search so you can find copyright free images which you are able to use. You will find more photographs on this site than graphics and etc but it is well worth a look as you may find something that you like on there.

The second place you could look is Google Images! On this site, just like on Flickr, you will have to filter for copyright free images but even with this filter on there are so many images at your disposal which you will easily be able to incorporate into your project.

The final place I would recommend you look is on Creative Commons Search! On here you will be able to enter a search term and then search a wide variety of websites.

I hope that this answer helped you out and have a great day!

I use deviantart.com and also provide stock on there as well (photography for composites). Just make sure you read the rules for each different artist before using!

Hey Henry,

As the others have mentioned some great resources, unsplash.com is definitely one of my favorites, but I also ran across this site not long ago that I've now added to my shortlist for photo resources: http://pixabay.com
