where are the teachers notes?

i am using my windows laptop, and cannot find the teachers note.

if there's a note, , you ll find it below the video, otherwise, there's no note

teachers note will show on my phone, but not on my laptop

I have it on both, if there is no " texher's note " tab, it means there's none, otherwise you ll find it
