237 PointsWhen I try to upload the images to my workspace from the ZIP it will not upload, I have tried refreshing.
I have refreshing, re-opening the workspace and even tried pulling the images in one by one rather than in a group, I have a strong internet connection but the images are still failing to upload.

13,593 PointsI had this problem a moment ago, I ended up needing to extract the files first before dragging and uploading. It's fairly easy if you're using Winzip, just right click and extract files to folder, if you're like me and keep things super organised, I have separate folders for each of the project files!
Hope this help, I did need to refresh both the workspace and video as iit hung after trying to upload directly from a Zip file.

13,564 PointsHi Kim!
Make sure that you are dropping the images in the right area of the file tree. When you drag a file over it a box should appear in which you have to drop the files.

15,206 PointsThis is not working for me at all.
Any workarounds?
I am using a MACBook Pro.
I have tried manually dropping the images into the small dark grey box and also have tried using the File > Upload method from the Menus inside the Workspace.
