4,529 PointsWhen I tried to push new_feature I got a warning message stating that push.default is unset.
Looks like it's trying to tell me to configure it to "matching" or "simple". I see there's some explanation there, but I'm just curious about any deeper implications and what would be best to set it to for the purposes of this tutorial.

And I agree with the author - you should set the simple behavior as default. It is safer and it is a default in the newest Git version 2.x
