13,564 PointsMake sure that you are clicking and dragging on the file and not just clicking it! A little box should show underneath your cursor as you are dragging the file.

6,833 PointsAre you dragging it into the workspace sidebar or into the darker grey box at the bottom left of the sidebar? You can't "let go" of the image until you're hoving over the darker grey box that appears.

13,564 PointsAs far as I'm aware Michelle isn't having problems with getting the images imported into the file tree but rather getting them into the img folder.

13,564 PointsHm, that's weird! Usually you should have a little box appear underneath your cursor telling you what file you are dragging.
Just out of curiosity, what web browser are you using to access workspaces?
