This is correctly working in python IDLE but it is shown an error here in workspace
import sys
inp = input("enter a letter to play the game..")
if inp == 'n' or "N":
print("Enjoy the show!")
else:
sys.exit()

import sys inp = input("enter a letter to play the game..") if inp.lower () != 'n': print("Enjoy the show!") else: sys.exit()

s don't work in Python like they do in English. You read that code as "if the input value is 'n' or 'N", then do something". But Python sees "if the input value is 'n', or if 'N' is truthy, then do something".
You'll want something like if inp == 'n' or inp == 'N':
. Each side of the or
is evaluated on its own.
