My code is showing error
// I have imported java.io.Console for you. It is a variable called console.
String firstName = console.readLine("what is your first name");
String lastName = console.readLine("what is your last name");
console.printf("%s :",firstName);

35,170 PointsIf I entered "Ben" for the first name, the code...
console.printf("%s :",firstName);
... would output "Ben :"
"%s" is a placeholder for whatever is stored in the variable after the comma.
Since the challenge "says display a message that says, "First name: ", followed by the first name that the user has entered", you'll need to display the text "First name: " and then the value of firstName, like this:
console.printf("First name: %s", firstName);
