1,315 PointsWhat would be the best study track to get a remote job?
A friend of mine got a job in indeed winning 15 usd/h as a junior and another one got a js internship. I really wish to get a junior remote job and fail to get any explanation beside "I was lucky".

You will get optimistic viewpoints and very pessimistic viewpoints (like the one from "Simple Programmer"). Either way you can view the videos and decide for yourself.

Front End Web Development Techdegree Student 33,900 PointsI would try out a few tracks and decide for what you love best. If you are passionate about the path you will be motivated to learn much faster and will be passionate to work with it. Not the only factor but a very important factor if you want to find a great job. If I had a business I would always emloy people who are passionate + skilled.
May not be exactly the answer you were looking for but I hope you can still identify. :-)
Besides there is also a complete course track here at treehouse with over four hours of videos about business and how to find a job in the tech industry. If you have a pro account may be worth going into. It's in the "business" category I believe.

4,640 PointsHi,
The advice above is very helpful. Having worked in IT for 25+ years. 15 years as a programmer and the last 10 years as a project manager.
Getting that first job can sometimes be hard. However, having employed a few people over the years. It was the guys/girls that showed me what they'd created. Portfolio sites, examples. A desire and keenness to learn.
A remote job would be great indeed.
Nils comment about finding what your passionate for is spot on.
What track do you see yourself going down???
