643 PointsHi.
You first need to learn HTML and CSS for basic structure and styling your pages. Then move on to JavaScript to make your sites interactive. After that I would choose between learning Bootstrap Alpha-v4 and PHP.

175 Pointswhy between ? php is a server side and bootstrap is a responsive framework am i right ?

643 PointsYes.
PHP enables you to use databases, contact forms, etc.
Bootstrap is for advanced structuring for your webpage with mobile devices in mind.
They are different but both important.
It's better to learn one language at a time too

643 PointsYou wanted to build a webSITE not a webAPP. If you want to build a web application that is a whole other story. You can learn any language on here and it will help you.
