<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One:400,400italic|Open+Sans:400italic,400,700,800' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
Then for your css use the following syntax, but replace the font in the '____' for Open Sans or Changa One :
h1 {
font-family: 'Changa One', sans-serif;
}
Have a practice in workspaces.

12,471 PointsHi Analyn,
There are a couple of things you need to do here, the first is make sure you link to google fonts correctly you link should look like this:
<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
then in your css you should link your new font to an element like so:
h1 {
font-family: font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif;
}
hope this helps
