The forums are just for coding related questions to other students

- They do have a contact number,
- They have several different support outlets, including an email,
- You're posting on the community forums, not the appropriate channels,
- You give no details yet expect an instant resolution,
- There are plenty of us that have had few/zero issues with Treehouse billing, and its even one of the more simple payment experiences out there.
Don't blame someone else for your own ignorance.
