The challenge question is to initialize the shopping list array with 3 items.
NSArray *shoppingList = [[NSArray alloc]initWithObjects:@"toothpaste", @"bread", @"eggs", nil];
#import "UIViewController.h"
@interface ViewController : UIViewController
@property (strong, nonatomic) NSString *shoppingCart;
@property (strong, nonatomic) NSArray *shoppingList;
@end
#import "ViewController.h"
@implementation ViewController
- (void)viewDidLoad {
[super viewDidLoad];
// Add your code below!
NSArray *shoppingList = [[NSArray alloc]initWithObjects:@"toothpaste", @"bread", @"eggs", nil];
}
@end

57,712 PointsHi there,
You have already declared the property to be a NSArray
so you don't need to do that again.
However, you need to access the property using the self
keyword:
self.shoppingList = [[NSArray alloc] initWithObjects:@"toothpaste", @"bread", @"eggs", nil];
I hope that helps.
Steve.

5,981 PointsThanks! The error message that I got would have never led me to realize that I was declaring shoppingList again.
