2,112 PointsWhat is wrong with my script?
I don't know what's wrong with it. I've tried changing it in different ways but it won't accept the script! How do I break out the loop?
def loopy(items):
for item in items:
print(item)
if item == "STOP":
break

57,712 PointsHi,
You're correct but your don't want to print STOP
, just break out of the loop. So do that if
test first, break out of the loop if item
is STOP, or carry on and print item
.
I hope that helps,
Steve.
