499 PointsWhat is wrong with my max-width value for a max-width of 940 pixels?: max-width: 940px;
Why am I getting an error about my max-width value when the command is to write code for max-width of 940 pixels. My CSS code is: max-width: 940px;
a {
text-decoration: none;
#wrapper {
max-width: 940 pixels;

Treehouse TeacherYou have a typo here. You typed out the full word "pixels" instead of px. I'm quoting your code. Take a look:
a {
text-decoration: none;
#wrapper {
max-width: 940 pixels;
margin: 0 auto;
}

499 PointsThanks, Jennifer So, when I put, max-width: 940px; it also said, Bummer check your max-width value. What's the correct code?

Treehouse TeacherYou've wrapped your #wrapper selector inside your anchor selector. We want to keep them separate. Try this:
a {
text-decoration: none;
}
#wrapper {
max-width: 940px;
margin: 0 auto;
}
