C# C# Objects Inheritance Catching Exceptions

What is wrong with my code to this C# objects course, try/catch exceptions, objective?

Hello all,

I tried to this objective in the following manner and the "check work" method keeps saying that I did not add a catch block, whereas in my view I clearly did. So I tried several different ways to solve but from the beginning I feel like this should be the answer.

What am I missing here?

Program.cs 
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

if (value < 0 || value > 20)
{
    throw new System.Exception();
}

try
{
    Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));
}
catch (Exception)
{
    Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds!");
}

OK, problem partially solved with thanks to a similar discussion. The if statement needed to go in the try block. So the exception is only thrown for the scope of the statement, which makes sense I guess.
