What is wrong with my code? It keeps saying check the max-width value.

It looks as though you are not selecting the wrapper correctly.

When selecting IDs in css you use the # symbol before the ID name.

For example:

a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

Expanding upon Berian's answer, you (may) need to change the width property to a max-width property instead.

please add # before wrapper in css then it will be working. Thanks!
