What is wrong with code?

Replace the or with an and. You'll need to make sure both don't satisfy, not if either don't satisfy!

But question says "or"

Yes, the challenge expects something like this:

import sys

ans = input("Do you want to start a movie?")
if ans == 'n' or ans == 'N':
    sys.exit()
else:
    print("Enjoy the show!")

Which does that same thing as your code. Either passes.
