What is the purpose of the line- while(isInvalidWord); why does while(); have to included the Boolean isInvalidWord?

I am having difficulty understanding the line while(isInvalidWord); in the do while loop.

while statements are conditional statements

while(true) {
//block of code to be executed while true
}

If the boolean is false, the block of code inside the while statement would be ignored
