What is the difference between tkinter.NORMAL and tkinter.ACTIVE?

In this video I noticed that there are three types of button: tkinter.ACTIVE, tkinter.DISABLED and tkiinter.NORMAL. My question is what is the difference between normal and active buttons? because theyre doing the same.

  • NORMAL -> enables a button

  • ACTIVE -> can change the appearance settings on mouse over
