:point_right: Database Foundations is a longer and more comprehensive course.

The individual "SQL" series courses are shorter and each has a more specific focus.

If you took them all, would much of the information in the big one overlap with the combination of the shorter 3? Yes, but you'd get twice as many practice opportunities.
