I did not really understand the difference between "IS" to "=" sign. If someone can explain it to me it will be grate. Thank you.

" is for NULL
.
If you're testing values, you would use the comparison operators, including "=".
But you can't make comparisons using NULL
. So you might test if a column IS NULL
or IS NOT NULL
.
