What is the best track to start with

Frank, I'd HIGHLY recommend start talking to as many people as you can in the industry(ies) you're thinking of getting into. They can provide some highly valuable insight into their world and you can determine if that's something you really want to do.

For example, I love design (like I mean LOVE design) and I though I wanted to just dedicate myself to that. I want to create products that people can interact with and use every day. So I thought, "Designer, right?"

But I took a tour at a Google campus recently, and I learned that the position I really want is a Front End Web Developer. I'd still be designing, but it's a different vertical than what a graphic or visual designer would do. This provided me with some key insight, and I was lucky enough to have discovered that before I spent countless hours and dollars chasing the wrong path.

I guess it really depends on what type of employment you are looking for and also your experience level. If you don't have a lot of html/css experience I would start with the website design track that way you get the fundamentals of website design. After that it would be helpful to learn a language such as PHP or Ruby.
