Until the end of last week treehouse did advice me where to start and also what is the next best material to study. Besides the fact that I did put forth that the lessons seeming to go fast, I wonder if it is possible that you continue to give me some advice concerning the path to follow. I am a novice and did complete the "digital legacy" plus an intro to html, css and javascript. So, what is next? thank you.

What comes next is very much an individual thing. What is the purpose of all the time you're spending learning on Treehouse? Do you want to make WordPress Themes? Build web applications with Java? or JavaScript? Do you want to learn how to make websites dynamic with databases? Tere's a wealth of courses out there for most if not all learning goals.
You say you've started out on the Digital Literacy track, That's a great start and will give you a little head start on what;s to come. The natural progression I think would now be to complete the Web Design or Front End Development tracks which will steadily help you get to grips with web design and javascript. You've learned the bare bones so far. This will get you up to speed.
By the way take all the time you need in following these courses. There's no rush and it is completely up to you how you want to progress through the courses. If needs be, watch the videos again and slow them down if it helps you retain the knowledge. Good luck :)

2,429 PointsHey Jonathan,
Thanks for your reply. I see in the topics that there is no such thing like WebDesign or front end development. My wish is to become a complete web developer but i have to start somewhere. I suppose that I should go on with the languages like html, css en javascript. Maybe I wish to become a independent webdesigner for small society's here in my environment but I am not sure yet. I wonder if I also need something like graphic design to create the layout for a webpage. This To know where to put things on the page. Is this possible? . finally, I hope that I will succeed.
