admitted= None if age>13: admitted= True else: admitted=False

conditions.py 
admitted= None

    admitted= True
    else:
        admitted=False

An else should always line up with the corresponding if.

Try this instead:

admitted = None
if age > 13:
    admitted= True
else:
    admitted=False
