4,645 PointsH1 stands for the largest header size. For your code above to work it needs to be like this:
<style>
h1 {
color:blue;
}
</style>
<h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
or you could try something like this:
<h1 style="color:blue;">Nick Pettit</h1>

5,672 PointsStyle tags are a different means of styling your HTML. Instead of using a stylesheet, the author of the HTML document uses style tags within the 'head' element to declare style rules. Those style declarations are then applied to an element that matches the selector stated.
For instance
<style>
h1 {
color: blue;
}
</style>
will target all the h1 elements with a blue color.
