How do you get started with this? How many hours a day? What applications do you use to use to take these notes a word document? Google docs?

Treehouse Moderator 91,253 Points100 Days of code is a social media initiative to help newbies get into a regular coding learning pattern and to document their growth as tech professionals in that time.
How you approach this time is entirely up to you. You can spend as much or as little time as you want but a common recommendation is for 15 minutes of coding time, or a specific language or project.
