I have a project in progress - businnes accounting.
I need to know if it's possible to use the client HD (his personal computer, where the program will run) to alocate the data (price, clients, names....). Use the client HD as a local database where only him can acess using the app. If possible what i need to use?
For this project i will use Ruby on Rails.

10,723 PointsTo answer the question: it is possible? Yes, you can install MySQL or any other database you want locally and use Ruby to save and retrieve data from it. Cheers.
