19,650 PointsAn image tag is used to display an image on a webpage via a <img> tag. Image tags 9( <img> ) do not require closing tags like i.e. the html tags( html></html> ) or body tags( <body></body> ). To input an image simply use <img src="" alt='" href=""> . Note, src is the only necessary one, but all three are recommended. src is used to bring the image up from its original "link." alt is used for helping describe the image to blind/visually impaired users. href allows you to link the image, so that a user can click the image to go directly to its source. Hope this helps!
