28,558 Points<= is a combination of the "lesser than" and "equal" operator, as such it's refereed to as a "lesser than or equal to" operator.
In code it's used to check if something it lesser than or equal to something. For example a statement like this:
12 <= 12
Would be true, since 12 is lesser than or equal to 12. if you simply used a lesser than operator in the above example the result would be false, because 12 is not smaller than 12.
