Java Java Objects (Retired) Meet Objects Constructors

what does this mean?

"Please make sure you assign the parameter passed in to the constructor to the mColor field."

GoKart.java
public class GoKart
{
  private String mColor = "red";

  public GoKart(String mColor)
  {
    String color = mColor;
  }
  public String getColor()
  {
    return mColor;
  }
}

Have a look at your GoKart constructor :)

Abhishek, here is the correct code for the Java challenge:

public class GoKart {
  private String mColor = "red";

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }
}

From the looks of it, you tried to create a new string and then assign it to the value of (mColor). All you need to do to fix this code is to assign the value of (mColor) to the color value that is passed as a method parameter.
