What does this error mean? "Did you forget to pass the `firstName` parameter to the printf function?"

Also, I'm not getting any output when I try to preview. I'm having trouble checking my work?

I don't think the preview works for this particular challenge. I recommend restarting here. You shouldn't be hardcoding the names into the program. The point of using console.readLine is to create a program that would get the name from the user.
