I've entered: <header> <h1>Blah Blah</h1> </header>
Says I still need to add a header tag
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title> Title Element <title>
</head>
<body>
<header>
<h1>Header Tag</h1>
<h2>Blah</h2>
</header>
<section></section>
<footer></footer>
</body>

There is an issue with your code however there is also an issue with the challenge.
Your closing <title>
tag isn't closed correctly. It should be </title>
. See code below for complete answer:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<!-- Added closing tag and removed white space -->
<title>Title Element</title>
</head>
<body>
<header>
<h1>Header Tag</h1>
<h2>Blah</h2>
</header>
<section></section>
<footer></footer>
</body>
</html>
The challenge shouldn't of let you pass the step where you added the title element.
