HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Organize with Unordered Lists

What does it mean by "Make sure to add an image tag?" ?? I added the img src but I am not sure if that is the "tag"

Just confused as to where I went wrong

The image tag is the part that begins with <img...

I think your problem may be that you overlooked the part of the instructions where it said, "don’t add any captions or links. Just the images!"
