What does "first and second level headlines" mean?

I'm doing the challenge and it wants me to apply a color to the "first and second headlines", what does that mean?

Hi Anthony,

Headings in HTML are the following: h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, the challenge is asking you to target the h1 and h2 elements and apply the styles given in the task.
