What constraints do you do for flipping the orientation of device?

Hi,

I tested this app on my ipad, and it worked just like it was suppose to when I held my ipad in a vertical position. But when I turned the orientation of my ipad, all the components on my screen were not correctly in position. How can I do constraints when I turn my ipad so it's horizontal? Thanks
