Bullet points are by default added to the unordered list list items. When you do

<ul>
    <li>text</li>
</ul>

you get by default a bullet point next to the text. If you want to get rid of them you have to add declaration with property "list-style" and value "none". That makes default list formatting (in that case bullet points) disappear.

#gallery {
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  list-style: none;
}

God Bless You!
