Hey Pedro,

You're close.

First, only prompt the user for input inside of the do-while loop. Secondly, you need to close the while statement of the do-while loop with a closing parenthesis. You had the right idea but there's an extra semicolon that is not needed.

Look here:

String response; //Declare the String variable outside of the do-while loop
do { //Start of the do-while loop
    response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
} while (response.equals("No")); //End of the do-while loop
