What am I doing wrong?

It looks like you're working on task 2, but task 1 said "Convert the text inside the <body> tags into an unordered list." At that point, the body contents were just the three words "Cakes", "Pies", and "Candy". So at the end of task 1 you should have had just one new unordered list, with each of those words tagged as a list item inside it.

Then for task 2 you will only convert those three list items into links. You won't add any more lists (there seem to be two here now, one before and one after what should be the real one).
