What Am I Doing Wrong?

        {

    {
        // This should print "too slow".
        Console.WriteLine(CheckSpeed(44));
        // This should print "too fast".

In CheckSpeed you are to return the strings - not print them. Remove your final return statement and replace Console.WriteLine with return.
