What am I doing wrong?

./TeacherAssistant.java:4: error: char cannot be dereferenced if (!(fieldName.charAt(0) == 'm' && fieldName.charAt(1) == fieldName.charAt(1).toUpperCase())) { ^ 1 error

I Found the solution myself on Google, I had to add Character. and put the char between the ().
