So I am using github for my website and I wonder what are some tools I can use for website analytics? Also when I searched my name the website didn't show up. Why is that? How can I make it show up?
Is there a tool like the one that shows who visited my WebSite as in LinkedIn ?

The downside to Google Analytics is that I need to set up SPAM filters to remove fake visits to my site. Once the filters are setup though, it works quite well.

Search engines won't find your site right away, but if you practice good SEO, within a few weeks your site should begin showing up in your search rankings.
