Web Development studying tools

I'm not sure if this is something that exists, but what I am looking for is a place to find free website layouts (psd, ai (for example)). The reasons I ask are as follows:-

  1. To allow me to spend more time learning the skills I am learning on here it would be easier than doing my own in Photoshop.
  2. Also I am trying to learn Illustrator now as I have always been using Photoshop. I am struggling to get to grips with it at the moment and i feel my time would be better spend turning layouts into code.
  3. My aim is to be a web developer rather than a designer. I enjoy coding more and make the odd thing in Illustrator.

I know you can pay for layouts, but im not looking for high quality just something to learn with. I have also thought about looking at sites and trying to recreate them but its finding the ones that look good but not to complex at the moment.

If are looking for layouts to practice your CSS skills with, I'd suggest live previews from theme forest. You can use browser extensions to get the size, color and fonts in use.
