What are your thoughts on how the web will evolve through 2013. This year we've seen many changes with the expansion of the web onto many more platforms which has caused responsive web design to become way more popular. What are your feeling about the future of the web and web development?

I think a year is too short a time frame to talk about trends, a better time frame would be 5 years.

Treehouse TeacherI think SVGs will become a lot more popular, due to the rise of displays with high pixel densities (i.e. Retina displays from Apple). There's pretty decent support in all the major browsers now: http://caniuse.com/#search=svg

17,972 PointsI too second Nick. SVGs will see more popularity through 2013. I also think content will still reign it's throne thus making content strategy to still be a hot topic plus Mobile first design patterns might also be a hot take.
