The answer to this question depends on what you want to achieve when you come to the (relative) end of your studies.
Do you want to be a designer or get more hands on with code.
JavaScript is the most popular language out there and you are going to come across it at some point in your time with coding and you'll get it a little bit in the web design track. You'll find some courses cross over each other in the tracks but if you want look into JS more I'd recommend the Front End Development Track. .

As Jonathan said, it depends on what you would want to achieve, what part excites you more? Coding? Or Designing?
