We could have given common class to both divs but why have we taken class resorts and class tips ?

We have taken two classes i.e resorts and tips for two divs but we could have given same name to both the classes because we are using same properties on both of them.

By giving each a class that is associated with the kind of thing it is, it makes it easy to distinguish them later with different styling if desired.
