want to apply the coupon after subtotal.

I want the coupon will work after a certain minimum . For example: Product 5$ + 20$ shipping and subtotals appears 25$. The coupon is set to a minimum of 10$ .it somehow doesnt consider the 20$ shipping inside the totalPrice . it consider the minimum from the product price only. the coupon definition, by the way, is set to "placing the cart". Thanks :)
