1,839 PointsVideo pause every 3 seconds for more than 30 seconds each time. Super quality videos, but can't watch... refund?
I tried Incognito mode in Chrome, tried Edge, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. No luck. I have a Windows 10 desktop at home and Mac Book Pro. Same issues at home with both devices and public hot spots with the Mac Book...
Is there anything else I can try? If not, could I get a refund?

16,877 PointsI think you're looking for Customer Support for a refund but to address your issues since the videos are high quality it's difficult for public hot spot connections to be able to handle streaming the videos. I only go to Starbucks or other coffee shop locations I know have quality internet connections.
Maybe open up your task runner on both computers and see what background apps are running?

1,943 PointsThe videos dont work for me either. I have a pretty good internet and actually I tested by playing HQ videos on youtube and they play well.

16,877 PointsStrange. I think it would be a good idea for Treehouse to default to a lower quality if it detects the internet connection is slow.
