Video not loading

Hi there,

I've tried to watch videos for multiple times. However, it just gets stuck in spinner rotating. How could I do to solve it? My internet is pretty fast enough to watch vidoes on YouTube but just doesn't work here.

Your help will be so appreciated.

My first thought would be to try a different browser.
If that doesn't solve the issue, you might want to contact the Support staff directly.
