1,081 PointsVariable hasTile already defined in method hasTile(char)?
Get that 1 error

31,722 PointsYou're declaring it twice, and also have two return statements.
You just need to declare it, assign it, and return it once.
public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
//declare our variable to hold the true/false result
boolean hasTile;
//hasTile is false if the index of the tile is -1, true otherwise
hasTile = tiles.indexOf(tile) >= 0;
//return the true/false value we declared
return hasTile;
}
You could also do this with fewer lines of code
public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
//If the index of the tile is not -1, then the user has that tile.
return tiles.indexOf(tile) >= 0;
}
